Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Warehouse Manager to join our team at the Nordic Distribution Centre. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing resources, and ensuring that targets are met, all while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Your Role
  • Team Leadership and Development: Empower your team to take ownership of their tasks while ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Resource and Operations Management: Oversee the allocation of resources across the warehouse, ensuring the team has the necessary tools, training, and equipment for efficient daily operations.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all applicable GxP standards.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Implement operational excellence practices, such as visual management and systematic problem-solving, to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaboration: Work with departments across the organization, including quality and supply chain teams, to ensure smooth coordination of operations.
  • Data Analysis: Use data and KPIs to track team performance, set targets, and drive decision-making.
