The successful candidate will serve as the direct leader for Technicians and Operational Scientists, with over 15 employees in total. As a leader in Microbial Downstream Manufacturing, you will be responsible for ensuring daily production in a safe work environment and in GMP compliance. This includes safeguarding housekeeping standards and representing the department during audits/inspections.
In addition, you will plan and coordinate work, board meetings, and shift plans, while leading, motivating, and coaching your team. People management, recruiting and onboarding new team members, assessing performance, and supporting people development are also key responsibilities.
