About the Role

In this position as Performance Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. Your key responsibilities will include running campaigns on digital media platforms, primarily Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns that drive e-commerce growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute Amazon Advertising campaigns for various EMEA markets for Jabra to drive strong ROAS and business KPIs
  2. Manage day-to-day optimizations, pacing, and forecasting media spends and KPIs against goals
  3. Build key metric reports, tracking progress and trends, and effectively communicating campaign results and insights to stakeholders
  4. Create, test, and measure audience & creative performance for improved outcomes
  5. Manage keyword research, bid & budget management, and continual campaign optimization
  6. Manage external and internal partners and effectively collaborate with them
  7. Assist with campaign management on Google and Meta platforms as required

About You

  1. You will have demonstrable experience in a hands-on Amazon advertising role, including Sponsored Ads and DSP
  2. You will show strong data analysis skills and be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  3. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills
  4. You will preferably have experience with other Digital media platforms
  5. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar
