Medical Coordinator Role Overview

As a Medical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the daily operations of the Nordic medical team for our L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate medical representatives to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate the execution of medical activities for all LDB brands, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials and information.
  • Organize medical "sales" meetings to facilitate networking and knowledge sharing among medical professionals.
  • Manage the production and delivery of all required materials to field teams, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Act as the link between the local head office and field teams, resolving operational issues and ensuring two-way communication.
  • Organize medical events at regional or national level, including congresses, symposiums, webinars, round tables, and advisory boards, in close collaboration with the head of medical relations.
  • Lead administrative organization and management for medical detailing, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of medical activities.
  • Monitor the entire medical budget, including purchasing orders and financial management.
  • Coordinate the arrival of new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and adequate support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or experience in pharma medical sales is desirable.
  • High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with databases and managing business software is a benefit.
  • Experience working as part of cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders.
  • High customer-centricity and business acumen, with the ability to manage multiple projects with precision and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Love a "to-do" list and have strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to re-prioritize as required.
  • Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines.
  • English is our working language (spoken and written).
