Join MODE SEARCH Ltd. as we seek a seasoned Senior Sales Director for Premium Fashion Brands to lead our global sales efforts.

We are looking for an experienced professional to develop and implement a global sales strategy that drives growth and expansion across key global markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and expanding international premium sales channels, establishing relationships with leading global retailers, and demonstrating expertise in analysing market data, consumer trends, and sales performance.

The successful individual will spearhead the international launch and sales expansion of key products, establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive sales growth and ensure long-term success.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy for Bags, Shoes, and Accessories, with a strong focus on premium retail placements.
  • Spearhead the international launch and sales expansion of key products.

  • Expand and oversee a robust international distribution network to grow the brand's accessories portfolio in key global markets.
  • Continuously assess market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to refine product development and sales strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and branding teams to ensure alignment with global brand positioning and market presence.
  • Provide training and support to local sales teams and retail partners, ensuring a deep understanding of the product line, brand values, and sales approach.
  • Deliver comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior leadership, offering transparency into achievements, challenges, and areas for growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years in a senior sales leadership role within the fashion industry, specifically focusing on Bags, Shoes, and Accessories.
  • Proven success in managing and expanding international premium sales channels.
  • Established relationships with leading global retailers.
  • Strong ability to merge entrepreneurial vision with a commercially driven sales strategy, effectively managing distribution expansion.
  • Expertise in analysing market data, consumer trends, and sales performance to inform strategic decision-making and improve sales results.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable terms with key retail partners and manage executive-level accounts.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present and negotiate at all levels.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments, including marketing and production, to ensure cohesive brand execution.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including international trips to key markets and industry events.
