About this Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales of our product portfolio in defined markets in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing sales of our product portfolio in defined markets
- Identifying new leads and converting new opportunities
- Building, developing and maintaining strong commercial value-adding relationships with customers and distributors
- Providing market feedback and forecasting future sales and demand
- Coordinating with marketing, technical, operational and other colleagues to deliver the Company's strategic ambitions
Requirements
- Master's degree preferably agriculture, veterinary science, animal nutrition/production or life science equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience of successful value-based sales and commercial management in the animal nutrition industry
- Strong technical understanding of animal nutrition and production
- Strong commercial attitude and results focused mindset
- Natural networking skills
- Genuine team player and believer in the importance of sharing knowledge
- Fluent in English (additional language skills welcome)
- Willing to travel approximately 30% of the time
- Effective communication skills across various organizational levels
- Responsive, pro-active and decisive behavior
- Forward thinking with analytical problem solver approach
- Positive, 'can-do' attitude
