Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Logistics Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute logistics strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of logistics operations to ensure timely delivery, high-quality service, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes that increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall performance.
To succeed as a Strategic Logistics Operations Manager, you will need:
- Relevant Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, process improvement, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
