We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development professional to join our expanding global sales team. As a Commercial Business Development Graduate, you will play a key part in qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and helping to build our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client teams in developing and implementing innovative solutions to drive business growth
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities and improve sales efficiency
  • Assist in the delivery of client engagements, including project management and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and drive revenue growth

Sales Focus:

  • Qualify leads and understand customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Manage inbound leads to ensure they are properly qualified for the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing to support demand generation campaigns and drive attendance at company events
  • Understand and articulate how our technology solutions address customer challenges to drive sales success
  • Research target accounts to support prospecting activities, including building contact lists and account mappings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information within the CRM system to support the sales process
  • Utilize our technology to manage and track marketing leads and optimize sales performance
