Job Description:

This pivotal role will be responsible for guiding clinical programs through every phase of study, from ideation to comprehensive analysis. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in clinical development, with a deep understanding of immunology's impact on these conditions.

The successful candidate will lead with strategic foresight, providing clinical leadership for all clinical deliverables within assigned projects. Key responsibilities will include conducting business development assessments, designing and developing protocols for clinical trials, identifying and navigating potential challenges, and fostering collaboration across networks to develop innovative clinical strategies.

Requirements:

  1. MD with 10+ years of experience in clinical development
  2. Skills in translational medicine, early drug development, and Phase 1-4 clinical development programs
  3. Adept in clinical trial design, data analysis, and interpretation
  4. Well-versed in regulatory and guideline compliance
  5. 5+ years clinical experience as a haematologist, preferably with extensive immunology experience and rare renal disease understanding
  6. Embodiment of the department's commitment to individual growth, team spirit, knowledge sharing, and fostering a diverse culture
  7. Upholding the principles of open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement, building trust and transparency with partners

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is based primarily in Søborg, Copenhagen, Denmark, with the possibility of working from our hub locations in Oxford, London, Warsaw, and Madrid. As a key member of our Medical & Science, Rare Disease team, you will be part of a dynamic and motivated group of professionals dedicated to developing new treatments for rare disorders.

Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
