Transform Cancer Patient Lives as a Medical Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Director to join our Global Oncology Medical Affairs Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategic plans for epcoritamab.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional pre-launch/launch activities to drive epcoritamab success
  • Provide medical monitoring and oversight for clinical trials, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Develop and execute medical education programs, publications, and communications strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement global medical launch planning
  • Serve as a medical and content expert for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and guidance on oncology topics
  • Represent Genmab at key global medical conferences and meetings, showcasing expertise and thought leadership
  • Support the development of medical affairs plans, including budgeting and resource allocation

Requirements:

  • Prior industry experience in oncology, preferably within hematologic malignancies
  • Proven ability to think strategically, analyze program impacts, and drive results-oriented decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities and English proficiency
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, build trusted partnerships, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated skills in data interpretation, evidence-based medicine, and health economics
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, dynamic company or a strong desire to do so
