Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our portfolio of robot controllers and teach pendants. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, setting market pricing, understanding competitive positioning, and developing next-generation controllers and teach pendants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive product strategy for robot controllers and teach pendants to deliver the best cobot user experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Product Marketing, and Research to develop new market-driven products
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements and prepare necessary materials
  • Conduct market assessments, maintain competitive knowledge, and develop multi-year roadmaps
  • Work closely with engineering teams to advocate for the customer and guide product development

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of product management experience
  • Degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing successful product lifecycles and driving business outcomes
  • Metrics-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of user experience and design principles
  • Experience with agile scrum development and lean startup principles
  • Leadership experience in product management
