About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Incubeta. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering strategic excellence across our key accounts on online marketplaces such as Amazon, as well as driving sales to new customer leads in the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering a more integrated customer/agency partnership.
  • Strategic Planning: Advise our existing and prospective customers in delivering the most impactful and efficient strategies and help them analyze the data, trends, and performance.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify sales/upselling opportunities as well as business challenges and add strategic experience to our customers in order for them to grow their business.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Actively run sales, customer, and team meetings, and collaborate with other internal teams and international teams to deliver cohesive and effective client solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years' experience in a digital marketing environment, ideally within an agency setting and with proven experience working in a client-facing role.
  • Skills: Detailed-oriented, structured, and strong in project management and communication skills with the ability to translate customer needs to deliver a high level of satisfaction.
  • Education: Has completed a higher education.
  • Language: Fluent in Danish and English.
