You will also play an essential role in creating and executing merchandise plans to drive sales and maximize profitability. Close cooperation between the buyer and the planner is crucial for success, as well as working closely with relevant departments such as Retail, E-Commerce, Sales, Backoffice, and Logistics.

In this position, you will
  • Manage and optimize auto-supply systems for multiple brands using GoFact.
  • Monitor weekly risks and potential products for multiple brands.
  • Track stock movements across stores and maintain block orders in BC system.
  • Manage SWOP processes with external brands.
  • Maintain and update sales lists for multiple brands.
  • Conduct in-season analysis for Basic and Express collections.
  • Support pre-orders with analyses and prepare markdown agreements post-sale season.
  • Prepare markdown agreements for external brands after each sale season.
We're looking for someone who possesses:
  • A degree in business, economics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail.
  • Experience with forecasting and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
  • First-hand knowledge of demand planning/replenishment planning.
  • Great skills in Microsoft Excel, along with knowledge of PowerBI.
  • Excellent numeracy and analytic skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
