Your Key Responsibilities
- Fully understand our clients' needs and business objectives, prioritizing and managing their expectations across all digital projects;
- Drive and deliver flawless client service by maintaining exceptional relationships with key decision makers;
- Effective and efficient communication to deliver quality and client happiness, serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams;
- Research and pursue opportunities for client growth;
- Resolve issues and problems that might occur, being open, transparent, and proactive to maintain trust;
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
About Our Ideal Candidate
- You have 8+ years of digital agency experience and a proven track record of Account Management experience;
- A solid understanding of the overall dynamics of the digital industry and digital product delivery process;
- Understanding how strategy, design, technology, and data are essential to deliver impactful and valuable digital products/experiences;
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
- Understanding of commercial dynamics in a digital agency;
- Ability to 'connect-the-dots' across channels and touchpoints internally and externally;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills;
- Working proficiency of English;
- Direct availability to start working in Denmark (Copenhagen).
