Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an attorney at law or legal advisor with relevant experience in M&A and/or ECM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal skills, knowledge of the processes and tasks in M&A and/or ECM, and a passion for creating value for clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to advise clients on M&A and ECM transactions, including purchase and sales processes, investments, joint ventures, mergers, demergers, and restructurings.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant experience in M&A and/or ECM
- Strong legal skills and knowledge of the processes and tasks in M&A and/or ECM
- Ability to work in a structured manner and collaborate with others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Danish and English
