Job Title: Digital Automation Strategist

Salary Estimate:

$130,000 - $180,000 per year (based on industry standards in Denmark)



About the Job



This leadership role will drive architectural decisions, technology stack selections, and development best practices across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in software development, 3+ years of leadership experience, and expertise in Agile methodology and fostering an Agile culture.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine Digital Automation Development strategy to support Ramboll Tech's goals
  • Collaborate with Ramboll Tech Leadership team and other Chapter Leads to drive strategic decisions
  • Mentor, coach, and grow the careers of team members within the Digital Delivery Automation Chapter
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and development


Requirements:




  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Expertise in Agile methodology and fostering an Agile culture
  • Experience leading agile teams in software environments
  • Strong intercultural awareness and experience managing remote global teams
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
