Biotechnology Manufacturing Specialists

About the Role
FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies is expanding its capacity to support large-scale biopharmaceutical production by adding 14 x 20,000L bioreactors and three downstream processing lines in Hillerød. We are currently looking for operators to join our Dispensary Department in Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM) to support the production operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling raw materials to production, weighing materials, and washing equipment with quality in all processes. The teams work across three different shifts: day, evening, and night, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weighing out raw materials for production
- Working in IT systems, such as SAP and Syncade
- Washing and sterilization of equipment
- Training new colleagues
- Execution and revision of cGMP documents
As a team player, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the Drug Substance Manufacturing departments to ensure our medicine is safely and quickly delivered to the market while upholding our core values: Genki, Gemba, Delighting Our Customers, and Trust.
Shift Details
The shifts are as follows:
Day: 06:00 – 17:04
Evening: 13:00 – 23:13
Night: 20:05 – 06:18
You will work 7 days during a 14-day period, including every other weekend. The work schedule is divided into two weeks, with specific days assigned to each week.
