Global Chapter Lead - Full-Stack Engineering Products

Ramboll Tech is seeking an experienced leader to head our Full-Stack Engineering Products Chapter. As Global Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers focused on creating innovative engineering products that drive technological advancements across Ramboll's business units.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience and managing teams. They will be proficient in Agile methodology and fostering an Agile culture, with strong intercultural awareness and experience managing remote global teams.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences. They will be able to develop talent, forge academic partnerships, and craft a clear technical vision while fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Full-Stack Engineering Products development strategy to support Ramboll Tech's goals
  • Collaborate with Ramboll Tech Leadership and other Chapter Leads to drive architectural decisions and technology stack selections
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster continuous learning and development
  • Oversee performance evaluations and ensure clear goals and professional development plans for all chapter members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience and managing teams
  • Expertise in Agile methodology and fostering an Agile culture
  • Strong intercultural awareness and experience managing remote global teams
