Job Description

The Corporate Branding Manager will play a key role in strengthening Pandora's corporate brand among employees, business partners, and stakeholders. This will involve building and amplifying our corporate narrative through high-impact branding initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • SUPPORT THE DELIVERY OF CORPORATE BRAND STRATEGY: Develop and activate Pandora's strategic narrative across internal and external channels.
  • PROJECT MANAGE ANNUAL REPORT PRODUCTION: Collaborate with Global Finance and Global Sustainability teams to produce an integrated Annual Report.
  • DRIVE EMPLOYER BRANDING EFFORTS: Bring Pandora's employer brand to life across internal and external channels.
  • MANAGE DIGITAL CONTENT CAMPAIGNS: Elevate Pandora's corporate brand and engage diverse audiences through digital content campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Branding, Marketing, or International Business.
  • Minimum five years of experience working with a listed company and/or a leading global consumer brand.
  • Hands-on experience with creative concepts and productions, including project management.
  • Experience working with annual reporting cycles, digital formats, and channels, including video.
  • Innovative approach to communications, corporate branding, strategic storytelling, and channel activation.
  • Excellent writing and message crafting capacity.
  • An international big picture orientation.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude combined with an ability to work strategically.
