We are seeking a Global HR Leader to lead our global HR strategy and shape the company's people strategy. As a highly strategic, people-driven leader, you will oversee multiple HR functions, including talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation & benefits, organisational development, and global HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Global HR Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute a long-term HR strategy that aligns with business goals and partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive people-related initiatives.
  2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Develop and lead international talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive global landscape.
  3. Leadership Development & Succession Planning: Establish programs to identify and develop high-potential employees and implement leadership pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of talent for key positions across different regions.
  4. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Design and execute DEI initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace and ensure compliance with global regulations and best practices.
  5. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the development of competitive and equitable compensation structures across different countries and ensure that benefits and incentives are aligned with market trends and company objectives.
  6. HR Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to employment laws, labour regulations, and HR policies across all operational regions.
  7. Change Management & Organisational Development: Lead transformation initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts.
