Pursue a challenging role that involves managing end-to-end purchasing processes and supporting investment projects with indirect spend matters. As an API Procurement Specialist, you will establish and execute Indirect Procurement Plans, manage planned and ad-hoc purchasing requests, ensure procurement compliance and quality aspects, and manage invoices and payment to suppliers.

This position offers a great variety of tasks, ranging from:

  • Executing indirect spend within a portfolio of Investment Projects in collaboration with the rest of the team in PS API Procurement, as well as stakeholders in the projects.
  • Establishing and executing Indirect Procurement Plans to support investment projects.
  • Managing planned and ad-hoc purchasing requests to ensure timely execution of procurement activities.
  • Maintaining procurement compliance and quality aspects to ensure seamless execution of procurement processes.
  • Managing invoices and payment to suppliers to ensure accurate and timely payments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant field, some experience from a similar position, understanding of purchasing processes and related tools, experience working with SAP, especially SAP MM, Coupa or similar procurement systems, and fluency in English and ability to engage with stakeholders.
