About the Job:
  • You will oversee automation projects, including SCADA, DCS, MES, and PI data historian systems.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedules, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead validation, qualification, and compliance efforts following GMP, GAMP 5, S88, and ISA-95 standards.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions, collaborating with SMEs, engineers, and IT teams.
  • Continuously improve automation processes and system performance.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in automation project management within pharma/biotech.
  • Expertise in Emerson DeltaV, Siemens PCS7, Rockwell, ABB, MES, and PI systems.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GAMP, S88, S95, CSV, and validation processes.
  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale automation projects.
  • Ability to work independently as a freelancer/contractor.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
