Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team in Denmark. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the sales of Cubic's innovative products and solutions to prospective and existing named accounts.
Your Responsibilities:- Achieving Rockwell Automation sales targets for Cubic products & solutions and meet business revenue plans using a disciplined sales process within targeted accounts.
- Directly responsible for meeting and exceeding quota by negotiating and bringing opportunities to closure while working with the broader matrixed Rockwell Automation sales teams.
- Develop an accurate sales forecast and pipeline of Cubic pursuits.
- Contribute to customer proposals and requests for information.
- Utilize Global Sales & Marketing selling resources for target opportunity identification and access.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, regional sales team members, and your department to ensure efficient communications and information flow from sales and pipeline development activities.
- Translate technical terms into everyday language and manage expectations, both internally and externally.
- Provide formal regular status reports to sales management which include forecast, pipeline, and activity summary information.
The ideal candidate should have: 5+ years sales, direct sales, or consulting experience, familiarity with similar positions in commercial management, strong command of English (written & spoken), ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways, stakeholder management skills, ability to set and be accountable for challenging targets, ability to influence, empower, coach, and motivate others, strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills, and a strong business track record.
