About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Enterprise Project Optimization Specialist to join our Construction department at Blue Power Partners A/S. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development, support, and maintenance of construction management processes and tools.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the team with its construction approaches and management tools, ensuring seamless project execution. The Construction department manages onshore renewable energy projects (wind, solar, and battery) within the construction phase, working closely with a global team across various offices and sites.

You will collaborate closely with team members and key stakeholders to provide ad-hoc support on specific project-related deliverables, while also contributing to the optimization project by collecting best practices, developing templates, and streamlining operations. Your scope of work will include:

  • Construction Tools and Templates: Gather best practice documents from colleagues, projects, and industry, creating global generic templates with guides and training.
  • Maintain and develop current and future tools, documents, templates, and knowledge hubs.
  • Support team members with project tasks such as reporting, trackers, and presentations.
  • Construction Management Process: Develop streamlined and best-practice processes across all global projects through collaboration with team members.
  • Innovation: Identify challenges and their causes, developing solutions into new tools and templates.

You will primarily work with Office 365, SharePoint, and Power BI. We do not expect you to know everything when starting; we invest time in your growth and development.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €35,000 - €50,000, depending on experience and qualifications. You will have the opportunity to influence your daily routine and schedule, with flexibility for exam periods and project deadlines.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Project or Operations Management, Civil Engineering, or Business Studies.
  • Strong interest in project management.
  • Excellent communication abilities, proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a structured, project-oriented approach to work.
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Highly capable of working independently while being an effective team player.
