Trackunit A/S seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Operations Director to oversee the successful implementation of our Factory Fit program. This key role will ensure seamless customer experiences, drive business growth, and foster strong relationships with OEMs.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of project management, leadership, and industry expertise. They will define, execute, and monitor multiple projects, including onboarding OEMs and rental customers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, IT, or Engineering (Technical specialty)
  • Experience leading projects in a consulting environment, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering high-quality results
  • Strong leadership skills, with a history of increasing responsibility and career growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to audiences at all levels
  • Highly experienced with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for business meetings and client visits
