We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing our industry-leading Strategic Partners across the DACH region.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role with strategic organizations. Fluency in German & English is required, with additional language capabilities being a plus. Based in Copenhagen or Berlin, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
You'll act as the operational lead & trusted advisor for all stakeholders in your dedicated book of business, ensuring seamless product implementation, migration, and proactive leadership throughout the customer lifecycle. Effective project management, stakeholder management skills internally and externally are essential.
Your Key Outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as the operational lead & trusted advisor for all stakeholders in your dedicated book of business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our strategic partners receive the best possible service and support.
- Forecast and track key account metrics and analyze trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Utilize tool stack & CRM to manage and prioritize activities for each account.
About You
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager who can drive revenue growth, product adoption, health scores, renewal management, and customer satisfaction within strategic accounts.
Able to travel to see partners globally at a minimum of two weeks per quarter, you'll work closely with our partners to understand their strategic value drivers and provide guidance and recommendations on how our software can be leveraged to achieve their goals.
