Customer Experience Innovator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark or Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering AI-powered capabilities to our customers at Zendesk scale.
Your primary focus will be on building the next generation of AI-powered services and products, working closely with Product, Management and the rest of Knowledge engineering to define the scope of features and implementation approach.
With a strong background in server-side applications development, LLM integrations, and enterprise-level AI features, you will be able to design and implement systems that serve content at web scale with high availability guarantees.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver AI-powered capabilities to our customers at Zendesk scale.
- Build the next generation of AI-powered services and products.
- Work closely with Product, Management and the rest of Knowledge engineering to define the scope of features and implementation approach.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with more experienced colleagues.
