We are seeking a Customer Experience Innovator to join our team at VML MAP. As a key member of our Customer and Business Strategy capability, you will be responsible for developing innovative customer experience solutions that drive commercial growth.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with clients across various industries to design and implement customer experience solutions. Your tasks may include:
- CX Design: Develop customer experience designs that meet clients' needs and objectives.
- Solution Implementation: Work with clients to implement CX solutions and measure their impact.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our technology, data, creative, and client teams to deliver exceptional results.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can think creatively and strategically. You should have a strong background in customer experience, strategy, or a related field. Our ideal candidate has:
- A master's degree in business administration, strategy, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer experience, consulting, or similar.
- Experience working with customer experience strategy and different marketing and sales models adopted when commercializing B2B customer relationships.
