Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various teams and managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and optimize administrative tasks and processes
  • Coordinate activities and calendars, including meetings and events
  • Support with financial control at a department level, including budget and accounts
  • Drive various projects within the department, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide excellent internal and external communication, including document archiving
Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a strong ability to learn new software skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effortlessly in English at business level
  • Located in Denmark, with a strong understanding of the local business environment
