Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing proposals from inception to contract award, ensuring timely delivery of sales and product data, and maintaining documentation management and control. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Sales Directors in responding to RFIs and Market Surveys
  • Developing and maintaining the Surveillance Documentation Structure
  • Maintaining sales and product data across the organization
  • Responsible for documentation management and control for proposals
Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record in Bid Management
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience with complex sales processes in the high-tech industry
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A relevant educational background within engineering and/or business
  • Proven experience from a sales support function in the defense industry
