About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team as a Senior Project Manager for Global Spare Parts Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our global spare parts management strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global spare parts management roadmap, including strategic sourcing, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive project execution, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for remediation actions.
- Design and lead governance processes to ensure effective decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and communication throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in materials management, maintenance management, lean, and/or reliability.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects and programs in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
