Are you a seasoned logistics professional with a passion for supply chain management and project execution? We're seeking a Senior Manager to lead our warehouse and intralogistics efforts in a new construction project within the Fill & Finish Expansion programme.

The Role

As the new Senior Manager for Warehouse and Intralogistics, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing our warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving a culture of continuous improvement in a large-scale CAPEX project.

In this position, you will:

  • Collaborate with the FP Expansions program and FFEx project management to develop and drive the scope of the Warehouse and Intra-logistics facility.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, including work package owners, operators, technicians, and professionals, towards operational excellence.
  • Drive project management and execution, ensuring clear goals, effective project planning, and stringent monitoring of quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Lead and promote LEAN practices, change management, and a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards, and readiness for audits and inspections.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • An academic degree in supply chain, business, procurement, engineering, or other relevant area.
  • A background in warehouse and intralogistics management, with strong experience in project management and project execution.
  • Experience in installing intralogistics equipment and the ability to build a warehouse in the project execution phase.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills in a large organization with the ability to build and lead a team towards operational excellence and motivating a team in times of change.
  • Familiarity with LEAN practices, change management, and quality and compliance standards.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and knowledge of industry best practices in logistics and warehouse operations.
