About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Change Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all changes to our projects are properly managed and implemented in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction projects, with experience in developing and implementing change management processes. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing change management processes for projects.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that approved changes are properly integrated into the project.
  • Analyzing the impact of proposed changes on cost, schedule, quality, and other key project objectives.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on the status of change requests.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • An academic degree in engineering, economics, or business management, or other relevant area.
  • 1-2 years of experience in engineering and construction projects, with insight into documentation and compliance.
  • Ability to analyze organizational needs within change management and map and implement processes accordingly.
  • General understanding of Excel.
