At BEC, we are seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our OPS Process Enablement team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end IT Change Management process, ensuring timely and accurate communication to all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL processes and experience working with ServiceNow as an ITSM tool. You will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Job Description:

  • Manage the end-to-end IT Change Management process, including planning, coordination, and execution of changes.
  • Handle daily operations of change queue, CAB meetings, etc.
  • Continuously improve and optimize Change Management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on Change Management best practices.
  • Monitor and report on the status of changes, ensuring timely and accurate communication to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all Change Management activities and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Min. +2 years working as a Change Manager.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Structured approach (deliver within agreed deadlines).
  • Strong written documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Salary Range: PLN 120,000 - 150,000 per year, depending on experience.
