Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, including Hyperion Financial Management, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to finance team members on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of internal control procedures and risk management.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
