About the RoleThe Business Analytics Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end reporting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs, and developing innovative solutions to address complex data challenges. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing advanced reporting solutions using Workday modules such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruitment, Payroll, Time, and Absence.
- Managing AMS consultants, ensuring regular progress check-ins, and providing business context while challenging technical solutions when necessary.
- Developing and maintaining global reporting catalogs, ensuring comprehensive understanding of available reports and user access.
- Creating and utilizing Workday calculated field functions.
In addition, the Business Analytics Manager will manage complex projects from start to finish, collaborate with the HR Data Manager to promote data governance and enhance data quality and insights, and provide HR Reporting and Analytics to key stakeholders, including HR Business teams, Talent, Reward, Payroll, and Finance.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of HR/HR Systems experience.
- At least 3+ years of proven experience in HRIS reporting/Workday, working with advanced, matrix, and composite reports.
- Strong understanding of the Workday security model, with the ability to navigate complex intersection-based security setups for reporting solutions.
- Experience with Workday Prism or Adaptive Insights is desirable.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar.
- Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to plan and deliver work independently.
- Strong project tracking skills, including involvement in enhancements and upgrades.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail.
A Workday Certificate is a mandatory requirement for this role. We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.
