Customer Success Manager – German-speaking Markets

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships in the DACH market. This involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing guidance to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Impero platform and its capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, relationship management, and/or support, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and growth.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing a customer success program, providing support to customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in a customer success role, including at least one year in SaaS
- Proven experience in customer support, relationship management, and/or success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the compliance management industry is a plus
