Job Description

The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a deep understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage business portfolios/territories/businesses according to agreed sales strategies and approved activity plans.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for ensuring the implementation of business strategies with focus on growth and contribution generation.
  • Analyze market trends and behaviors, and responsible for market research and product development briefs presented bi-annually to senior management.
  • Visible and available to build customer relationships.

Requirements
  • Sales and marketing experience in B2B environments.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle sales activities with limited resources and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and hands-on individual who takes ownership of business operations and external stakeholders.
  • High degree of entrepreneurship and goal-oriented mindset.
