Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

You will be part of a team of 7 Finance Business Partners, collaborating closely with the heads of various Business Units. Your primary responsibilities will include steering financial processes and performance management, as well as handling M&A business cases for the designated Business Units.

In your role as Finance Business Partner, you will provide essential financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance to enhance business performance and facilitate informed decision-making. Your contributions will significantly influence discussions within the Business Unit, aiding in the achievement of strategic goals.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Guiding the Business Unit through the annual financial cycle, including monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Implementing performance management frameworks and processes, contributing to the development of relevant metrics.
  • Engaging in M&A initiatives, particularly in the integration of acquisitions.
  • Overseeing financial processes within the Business Unit, acting as a liaison between the Business Unit and Group Finance.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements, implementing best practices, and driving efficiency in financial operations.

Are You the Ideal Candidate?

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner in a global organization or within a finance/FP&A team.
  • A Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Management Accounting, or a related field.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders at various management levels in a fast-paced business setting.
  • Independence as well as teamwork skills to generate valuable outcomes and meet strategic objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to ensure effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
