Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nordic Facilities Leadership Manager to join our team in the Nordics and Baltics region. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and real estate management activities adhere to SAP Global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in real estate lease negotiations with local leadership and SAP partners.
  • Collect data and contribute to business case creation and approval processes.
  • Maintain accurate lease contract database information.
  • Represent facility operations at management level in the Nordics and Baltics, informing local directors on facility-related projects.
  • Lead, develop, and support local facilities teams, overseeing outsourced building service contracts.
  • Oversee facilities fit-out projects in the regions.
  • Effectively manage building service contracts, ensuring facilities service levels meet GRF expectations and reporting on performance.
  • Maintain local facilities service levels, fulfilling company Health and Safety obligations.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to implement sustainable practices and drive approved schemes.
  • Negotiate facility service contracts with Global Purchasing colleagues and monitor, audit, and report on contract performance.
  • Work with Global Physical Security colleagues to maintain security standards.
  • Develop capital (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) budgets, report on these budgets, and drive improvements.
  • Participate in local crisis management teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing building services.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Facilities budgeting, procedures, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to meet deadlines and adapt to new challenges.
  • Fluent English language skills and at least one Scandinavian language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of commercial contracts management and procurement.
  • Proven experience leading people and managing projects.
  • Ability to lead teams in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Resilience, quick-thinking, and adaptability to changes.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively and make sound decisions in changing environments.
  • Excellent grasp of SAP and MS Office applications.
