Nordic Sales Director

Solteq is seeking an experienced Nordic Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, experience in solution and value selling, and a deep understanding of the Nordic market and business environment.
This role requires exceptional leadership and team management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for driving business growth, leading the local team, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
- Leadership: Serve as a Country Manager for Denmark and Nordics, fostering a positive, productive work environment and vibrant culture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Nordic leadership team, HR, and marketing to ensure cohesive and effective operations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and other relevant metrics to the Nordic leadership team.
