  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Business Growth: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
  • Leadership: Serve as a Country Manager for Denmark and Nordics, fostering a positive, productive work environment and vibrant culture.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Nordic leadership team, HR, and marketing to ensure cohesive and effective operations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and other relevant metrics to the Nordic leadership team.
