About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Executive at GlobalConnect, you will be instrumental in transforming our B2B sales organization across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. This is a unique opportunity to become a frontrunner in shaping our approach to clients and markets, embracing a Challenger Sales mindset to redefine our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our enterprise portfolio, targeting upper mid-market to enterprise clients.
  • Engage with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions utilizing the Challenger Sales approach.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to follow up on leads and develop new ones, ensuring a full sales pipeline.
  • Act as a mentor and inspiration within the sales team, sharing your knowledge and helping to shape our new sales culture.

About You:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with proven experience in B2B Enterprise solution sales, preferably with a background in Challenger Sales methodology and mindset. You should have a strong hunter mentality, with enthusiasm for discovering new opportunities and building solid client relationships.
