Sales and Business Development Manager

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines sales strategy, business development, and technical expertise? We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at ATLANT 3D. As a key player in the company's growth, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and revenue growth in Europe and the US.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies for the European and US markets, aligning with ATLANT 3D's global objectives. Identify new sales opportunities and develop tailored solutions for customers.
- Lead Cross-Marketing Initiatives: Organize and execute cross-marketing initiatives to promote ATLANT 3D's solutions at industry events, tradeshows, and customer workshops.
- Drive Sales Performance and Revenue Growth: Prepare sales budgets, forecast revenues, and ensure alignment with growth goals. Track and analyze sales performance, providing detailed reports and insights based on key sales metrics.
- Initiate and Manage B2B Outreach Campaigns: Build relationships with key decision-makers in R&D labs, industrial sectors, and innovation hubs. Develop and manage partnerships with channel partners and distributors to expand ATLANT 3D's market presence.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs and scout for new market opportunities in advanced materials and emerging technologies.
- Qualify Sales Opportunities: Ensure all necessary information is gathered to create tailored offers. Develop equipment quotations, pilot proposals, and close deals that meet ATLANT 3D's sales targets.
About You:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with proven experience in high-tech sales and a passion for driving innovation in the R&D space. You will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
