What will your responsibilities entail?
In the role of Senior Business Architect within our Business Architecture Team, you will operate as a consultant on various client projects concurrently, collaborating with the wider organization to elevate our service offerings. Your work will primarily focus on three key areas:
- Strategic Operational Guidance
- Comprehensive evaluations of existing operational methodologies
- Management of organizational transformation
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients on international initiatives while aligning with their internal processes and standards, considering any local stipulations.
- Overseeing the advancement of programs across Business Architecture projects, addressing challenges, and identifying interconnections.
- Evaluating clients' current organizational structures to grasp their vision, history, and operational methods, and proposing enhancements to their operational frameworks.
- Assisting businesses in future planning by comprehending their strategic objectives and designing operational models to support these goals.
- Facilitating organizational change through strategic communication planning and execution.
- Managing and actively guiding expectations throughout the change process while applying a structured change management approach.
- Monitoring and supervising modifications to clients' marketing processes, collaboration tools, roles, and responsibilities, playing a pivotal role in ensuring organizational adaptation to change.

What qualifications do you bring?
We are looking for an analytical individual who thrives on diving deep into details while maintaining a holistic perspective on organizational design and processes. You are proactive, a sociable team player, and adept at building and sustaining relationships.
Additionally, you possess:
- A relevant master's degree or PhD, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Architect, Business Process Consultant, or Change Management Consultant, or possess a strong analytical background from a PhD. Experience in an agency or consultancy is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proven ability to navigate complex environments both independently and collaboratively.
- The capacity to oscillate between a high-level overview and intricate details.
- Exceptional communication skills, including research, writing, and presentation capabilities.
- A high level of proficiency in PowerPoint.
