We are seeking a talented Strategic Business Design Lead to join our team in Copenhagen or London. As a Business Architect in our Business Architecture Team, you will work as a consultant on different clients and projects, collaborating with the broader organisation to take our service offering to the next level.

What will your day look like?
As a Senior Business Architect, you will work across three primary areas: Operational Strategic Guidance, Holistic assessments of current Ways of working, and Organisational change management.

  • Work with clients on global initiatives, considering internal processes and standards, and local requirements.
  • Monitor programme progress, resolve issues, and identify connection points.
  • Assess clients' current organisation, understanding their vision, history, and ways of working, and recommend improvements.
  • Support businesses in planning for the future, understanding strategic wishes, and designing operational models.
  • Help facilitate organisational change through strategic communication planning and implementation.
  • Manage and drive expectations during change, applying a structured change management methodology.
  • Monitor and supervise changes to clients' marketing processes, collaboration tools, roles, and responsibilities.

You will join a team of skilled process consultants in our Copenhagen or London office, with opportunities to develop your personal and professional skills in a dynamic, international environment.

As a Business Architect, you will collaborate closely with experts from our technology, data, creative, and client teams from offices worldwide, contributing to our leadership in the field and transformation partnerships with top brands.

What do you bring?
As a person, you are analytical, proactive, and a sociable team player with a holistic approach to organisational design and processes.

  • A relevant master's degree or PhD in business administration, marketing, or social sciences.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Architect, Business Process Consultant, or Change Management Consultant, or a strong analytical toolbox.
  • The ability to work in complex environments, independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, including research, writing, and presentation skills.
  • A high level of proficiency in PowerPoint.
