We are seeking a Launch Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of launches from concept to market introduction. This role will play a key part in ensuring professional and timely product introductions that accelerate time to market and maximize the impact of new product development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for project managing all launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment, applying market research insights, and continuously improving our launch processes. Additionally, they will develop and maintain our Launch Playbook, establishing best practices for future product launches to the market.

In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team driving faster time to market and improved return on investment. You will work in a highly ambitious environment with an exciting product pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing launch plans, ensuring structured decision-making at key milestones and managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Leverage market research to understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and industry trends and apply these to shape launch strategies and optimize market positioning
  • Ensure launch activities are informed by data-driven decision-making and aligned with market opportunities
  • Improve launch processes with internal stakeholders, reflecting new ways of working based on cross-functional feedback, post-launch learnings, and return on marketing investment
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure sales training needs are met, and coordinate activities to equip the sales team with knowledge, tools, and resources
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple departments, ensuring alignment between Product Management, Sales, Commercial Excellence, Insights, and Marketing
  • Track KPIs for launches, analyze performance, and promote best practices across the organization
