Job Description

We are seeking an Ambitious HR Transformation Specialist to join our team at Accell Group, a leading international provider of bikes, parts, and accessories. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a major HR and business line transformation, supporting business growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and managers to understand their strategic objectives, business challenges, and determine the HR agenda for the respective businesses.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Accell HR strategies that support business objectives, including talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and cultural initiatives.
  • Facilitate senior leadership and executive team development, coaching leaders on effective management and leadership practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development, aligning development initiatives with business needs and individual career aspirations.
  • Drive the implementation of our core values within Accell to further define and foster a culture of being one Accell.
  • Participate in several HR projects such as the implementation of our HR system, joint job family framework, and reward policy to establish a world-class HR support model that will help drive the success of the company.

Requirements:

  • University degree in HR, Business Management, or similar.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience working in larger international companies with a wide scope of HR topics like organizational development, HR transformation, strategies & implementation, and related HR disciplines.
  • Experience from an international company with high standards of HR, preferably in a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical mindset and capable of drafting scenarios.
  • Effective communicator across all levels; manages conflicts, possesses great communication skills, and is a good listener.
  • Proactive, getting things done mentality. Hands-on. Knows what good looks like, and not afraid of building it from scratch.
  • Result-oriented and capable of steering others towards solutions.
  • Strong influential skills.
  • Pragmatic, people-oriented attitude to continually improve performance.
  • Confident personality and possess skills to support organizational activities.
