Hello Retail ApS is the market leader in the Nordic countries within Personalization and Conversion rate optimization (CRO) for the E-commerce market. We are a rapidly growing company looking for ambitious professionals to expand our current sales team.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and your colleagues to scale the Swedish market and assume responsibility for further scaling our business. You will handle both new sales and cross- and up-sales in cooperation with the Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and pitching to potential customers through scheduled meetings by the Business Development representatives.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and retention.
- Collaborating with the customer success team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in value-based sales to B2B clients – preferably within SaaS solutions.
- Fluent Swedish and English language skills.
- E-commerce experience is definitely a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to adapt to different personalities and situations.
