Business Development Manager

About BYD Europe:
We are a leading player in the transition to Zero Emissions transportation and de-carbonization of the economy.
This role is mainly responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts in dedicated areas, understanding their specific needs and requirements, developing strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability, working closely with country managers and local fleet managers to develop local fleet business and gather market data.
- Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, meeting sales targets for regions and local teams, monitoring and reporting sales targets and action plans per country, training and managing local Key Account members in designated regions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or above, more than 7-10 years of experience in fleet business of automotive industry, ability to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks, self-motivation, responsibility, and independence, perfect interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and fluency in English and any Nordic language.
