Job Description
">As the Nordic Demand Planner, you will be responsible for overall forecasting and strategic decision-making to ensure customer satisfaction and business visibility. Your primary objective will be to plan demand to support ambitious targets, working closely with Marketing and Commercial departments to model future forecasts.
">You will participate in and lead forecast alignment and validation meetings within your category, presenting forecast figures to top management in a manner that facilitates precise and qualitative decision-making.
">The successful candidate will also lead the division's efforts to plan future product launches effectively, manage product lifecycles, and simplify the catalog.
">Additionally, you will optimize service levels and stock quality in collaboration with the Supply Planning team, ensuring the effective implementation of new forecasting tools and processes.
">Strong coordination and alignment skills are essential to coordinate and align with international supply chain teams, such as S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- A master's degree or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in planning roles is highly valued.
- You must be IT literate with advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail, are necessary.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Proactive individuals who prioritize efficiently and demonstrate initiative will thrive in this role.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to drive action are critical.
